Cena yamahas veikala Terbatas ielaa = 25 naudinas. Par skanas kvalitati es neko sliktu nepateiksu - apmierinosi un krietni labak ka iebuveta laptopam. Razosanas kvalitate ir tada ka redzams bildee - pa kreisi overflowa modelis no thomann, pa labi mans no yamahas veikala. Darbibaa (atskaitot stabila kontakta neesamibu manam variantam) nekadas problemas nemaniju, Overfolws saka, ka strada stabili. Ja nem yamahas veikalaa, acimredzot japarbauda uz vietas, ko atsutis Thomanns - ei nu sazini :) Ja gribi ievertet, varu atstat pie FunFan pagrabaa. Tikai padod zinu PM ieprieks, jo so es gribu samainit cerams kaut kad sonedel. Nekas nav jainstale, strada ar asio4all, latency ir atkarigs no kompja jaudas, ka es saprotu. Es uz sava laptopa ar jauno asio4all varu saregulet diezgan apmierinosi (kernel buffer-4, latency compensatin-192 samples, AsioBufer-320 samples) - it ka pietiek. Mana gadijuma gan visa slodze gulstas uz midi-vsti nevis wav.

Mazliet papētīju jautājumu par PVN ES ietvaros, ja nu kādam vēl tas interesē, tad lieta izskatās apmēram tā:
--------------------
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_U ... cquisition
Distance sales
When a vendor in one member state sells goods to a final consumer in another member state and the aggregate value of goods sold to consumers in that member state is below €100,000 (or the equivalent), then such a sale of goods qualifies for distance sales treatment.[24] Distance sales treatment allows the vendor to apply domestic place of supply rules for determining which member state collects the VAT.[25] This means that VAT is charged at the rate applicable in the exporting member state.
---------------------
Respektīvi, sanāk, interneta veikala pircējam būtu jāmaksā eksportētājvalsts PVN, kāmēr pārdevēja pārdoto preču apjoms uz šo valsti nepārsniedz 100 000 EUR.

Thomann šajā sakarā raksta:
----------------------
For deliveries to EU countries you´ll normally end up paying your local tax - this can be confirmed below.
This is based on the EU regulations that require a mailorder company to pay the tax of the receiving country when the sales exceed a certain amount.
----------------------

Hmm. Šodien pasūtīju Aktīvos monitorus un vēl pāris lietas no Thomann.
Jamie tiešām piemēro mistisku piemaksu, ja pircējs ir citā valstī.
Atnāca e-pasts, kurā liek papildus apstiprināt manu pasūtījumu (agrāk tā nekad nav bijis).
Protams, tajā e-pastā ir uzrādītas citas cenas.
piemēram:
Katalogā aktīvie monji: 277 EUR, bet man jāmaksā 299 EUR.
Memory upgreids: katalogā 77 EUR, bet man jāmaksā 85 EUR.
it kā uzrāda ka tiek piemērota 18% likme,.
It kā vienkāršam aprēķinam būtu jāizskatās šādi:
Monitor: 277/1,15*1,18=284,23 EUR (299??)
Memory Extension: 77/1,15*1,18=79 EUR (85??)

arī piemērojot 21% likmi summa sanāk mazāka, nekā Thomann liek man maksāt.

Tobiš Thomann varu nopirkt 2 monitorus, kamēr Latvijā pa to pašu naudu dabonu tikai vienu. esmu uz pakaļas

nu atnaaca ofic. atbilde no Thomann!:
Hi there Ivars,

we have a VAT rate of 19% here in Germany. The 15% VAT only applies to orders sent to the UK as it is the local VAT rate there (for the time being). When shipping to Latvia, we charge your local VAT rate of 21% (as changed on the 01.01.2009).
Prices do vary at times, depending on the country where the goods are sent to not only due to different VAT rates but sometimes also due to pricing policy and exchange rates. Generally, the Latvian price would be similar to the German shop price but at times slightly higher because of the higher VAT rate. In the case of your order, you even safe some money on the German shopprice as you pay the same for the speakers although your VAt rate is higher.
Regarding the comments about Musikhaus Thomann sending used gear as new to Latvia I'd like to say that if a case like this occured, it would have been a mistake in our shipping department but certainly not made on purpose.
If you should ever come a case like this when you purchase a new item (not ex-demo or second hand) and you receive an item which has obviously been used before (not just the box opened and resealed) we'd advise you to contact our customerservice department straight away, they'll rectify the situation as quickly as possible and in the customer's best interest.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

Kind regards

Jauki.

Hi Ivars,

We have (and have to have) a Latvian VAT number as our annual sales to Latvia exceed 24 000 Lats.
We do transfer the VAT of sales we made to Latvia to the Latvian state (we don't keep any of it for ourselves and try to make some extra money on the side).
This tax only applies when we send the goods to Latvia. Obviously, when we'd ship it to Estonia or Lithuania, we'd have to charge the local VAT which applies in these countries and if you chose to visit our shop in Germany (well worth a visit by the way), you'd pay our local German tax of 19%.
The tax we have to charge depends on the country where the goods are delivered.
For smaller companies, who sel lto Latvia for less than 24000 Lats per year, this does not apply and in accordance with EU law, the tax rate of the country where the company is located applies (until turnover reaches 24000 Lats).
If you run a company or a VAT registered in Latvia and have a valid VAT number, we can ship to you excluding VAT.
I hope this clarifies things a little as otherwise I'm really at my wit's end to explain it any more detailed or better.
Sorry.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

Kind regards
